Services

Counseling Services

  • Tele-counselling service, that includes:
  • Toll-Free 24 hour to a direct, confidential, multilingual Call Centre facilitated by, qualified, registered and accredited professional counsellors
  • Face-to-Face Counseling Services for employees and their immediate families by qualified and registered psychologists and social workers.
  • Critical Incident and Stress Debriefing Services [CISD]
  • Critical incident and debriefing services, that includes:
  • On and off site trauma debriefing and counselling sessions within 24-hour response time (Sooner if necessary) by trained trauma debriefing specialists

Work-Life Balance Programs

Balancing work demands with personal life can be challenging. Mimed offers a variety of programs to help employees achieve a healthy worklife balance. These include flexible work schedules, resource and referral services for childcare and eldercare, and workshops on time management and productivity.

Financial Consultation and Planning

Financial stress can significantly impact an employee's mental and emotional health. Mimed offers financial consultation services where employees can receive personalized advice from certified financial planners.

Legal Assistance

Legal issues can be daunting and time-consuming, affecting an employee’s focus and productivity. Mimed provides access to legal experts who can assist with various concerns, including estate planning, family law, and tenant/landlord disputes.

Health and Wellness Workshops
